The menu is small but everything is done with utmost care and quality. If you are visiting from out of the area,your best chance at really getting the feel of food culture from this area of WI is to show up on Tuesdays for Pork steak and dumplings. It is the best around with the steaks grilled, dumplings boiled and great sauerkraut! The wait staff will make sure you get your fill of dumplings. If you can't make Tuesdays, my next favorite special is the sirloin steak for two. With a great steak and all the trimmings plus a drink from the bar and night out for two can be fun and not break the bank! It's a small dining room so you'll want to go early. Many locals crowd this place, so its a great way to sample WI social culture at its best.
